The fees are following:

• Before September 18th, 2009: 370 EUR (1500 zł dla uczestników z Polski)
• After September 18th, 2009: 420 EUR (1700 zł dla uczestników z Polski)

Registration fee includes: proceedings, lunches and coffee-breaks during the conference, tickets for visiting the Salt Mine Wieliczka and banquet at the Salt Mine Wieliczka.

The conference will be held at the Qubus Hotel Krakow. The special conference rate for the hotel is as follows:

• 144 EUR single room
• 161 EUR double room
