CEE-SET conference is to be a forum for exchanging ideas and experiences concerning software engineering techniques. We solicit original and unpublished papers, from European countries and beyond, showing strengths and weaknesses of various software engineering techniques, especially in the context of balancing agility and formalism in software development.
